Isaac W. Wright, President
Isaac has been in the Financial and Insurance Industry for more than 10 years, working with hundreds of families. Since 2005, Isaac has served as the President of Financial Dynamics and Associates, Inc. Founded in 1988, Financial Dynamics and Associates, Inc., has been assisting retirees and those nearing retirement, develop financial strategies that address clients’ immediate and long term goals, while also protecting their hard earned assets against market risks and unnecessary taxes and fees.
The Estate & Elder Planning Center of Virginia has been one of Isaac’s priorities this year. Through this education and outreach program, his goal is to provide accurate information and direction to families. He believes proper estate planning is key to eliminating the courts being the decision makers of what happens to a client's estate upon death while minimizing taxation exposure. Isaac is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and a life long resident of the Richmond area.

Jean Reynolds, - Attorney at Law
Jean has more than 6 years experience as an attorney. Previously Jean managed a privately owned finance company, Piedmont Finance Services, Inc., for 10 years. In her practice, Jean specializes in estate planning, asset protection, wills and trusts, special needs planning, and estate administration and litigation. Jean’s work for the EEPC focuses on probate, trust and estate planning – more specifically, forming effective plans and measures that will help clients avoid future crises involving long-term medical care.
“The EEPC is a very valuable asset when planning for the future, so clients aren’t left facing a crisis situation,” said Jean.
Jean is licensed in Virginia. She earned her Juris Doctor from The Appalachian School of Law and is a member of the Virginia State Bar. Jean is currently President of the Society of Financial Services Professionals- Richmond chapter and a member of the Financial Planning Association – Richmond chapter. Jean is also a member of the Estate Planning Council, Richmond Chapter.

Richard W. Mallory, Outreach Coordinator
Richard founded Financial Dynamics and Associates, Inc. after experiencing the loss of his family in a boating accident. " As estate administrator, I had to educate myself to properly manage all the financial complexities of this situation at a very emotional time. In going through this experience, I found this industry was in great need of trustworthy, caring and knowledgeable professionals. Since 1988 I have dedicated my life to this cause."

Jan Ferguson, Outreach Coordinator
After owning her own business for 20 years, Jan brings years of customer service to the EEPC of Virginia.. As one of the Outreach Coordinators, Jan looks forward to providing information to assist the seniors of the Richmond area. Through her presentations, Jan will explain how to get the benefits entitled to each individual and how to help Seniors and those who love them, avoid traps and pitfalls in planning as well. Jan is a graduate of Radford University with a degree in Business Administration.

Tina Luckey, Outreach Coordinator
Tina brings a wealth of information to the EEPC in assisting and educating families in what resources are available for their loved ones to receive proper medical care and obtaining any benefits available. Her personal experience in caring for her mother who suffered from Alzheimer's disease the last few years fueled a passion in her to assist other caretakers. Prior to joining EEPC, Tina handled all aspects of a small business, including customer service, sales, purchasing and accounting. She was also a District Manager for a large retail chain where she implemented progressive and innovative training programs for managers and sales associates in order to excel in client relations. Tina is skilled in performing financial, operational and regulatory compliance audits.

Maria Hickman, Administration
Maria brings more than 25 years of client and customer service experience to the EEPC team. As our Administrative Director for the past 6 years, she maintains the day-to-day operations of the EEPC. She handles client inquiries, scheduling and assists with all workshops and events. Prior to joining EEPC, Maria was the client services representative for an insurance firm in Chester, VA.. She also has extensive experience in the retail industry, serving as a store manager, associate training specialist, human resources and client services director at several national companies on the east coast.
